Cox|McLain Environmental Consulting Inc. (CMEC) is a WBE/DBE/HUB-certified environmental consulting firm founded in 2007 with Texas offices in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, Houston, and Austin, Oklahoma offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, and an office in the DC Metro area of Virginia. Our staff includes more than 60 biologists, wetland ecologists, planners, archeologists, architectural historians, geologists, hazardous materials analysts, noise analysts, and GIS specialists.
